Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the https://www.songchaserscommunity.com website (the “Service”) operated by Full Circle Music.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Subscriptions
Part of this Service includes billing on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your card on file will be automatically billed each month for the subscription fee. Your subscription fee is listed on your original receipt. Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually, depending on the plan you selected when you became a member. You will have access to the Song Chasers features of your plan so long as you remain a member. As the community grows and evolves, some of these features and benefits may change. You are always welcome to cancel at any time if you decide that you do not want to continue with any changes that are made to the community.
You can cancel your Subscription at any time by contacting support@fullcirclemusic.com. We are able to refund payments that have occurred within the past 30 days upon receipt of your notice to cancel.
Disputes Between Users
Community administrators reserve the right to act under their own discretion, whether it be taking an active role in a disagreement, modifying or deleting content, or removing the offending individuals’ access to the community altogether. If a community member is ever removed, their payments will also cease.
Use of Content
You are responsible for any user generated content that you post. By posting, you do not lose ownership rights of your content. However, by posting, you grant Full Circle Music permission to record your content for replay purposes inside the community and within our business. For instance, if you share a song on a post, we may take a screenshot of that post and share it publicly on our social media platforms. If you share audio during a live training, we may take a recording of that training and repurpose it so that others can see the live training. You always have a choice whether or not to post content. You always retain full copyright ownership of your creative works. We will only repurpose content for educational purposes related to our business.
Keep in mind that by posting to Song Chasers, you are displaying your work to many other individuals who are community members of Song Chasers, just like you. Full Circle Music cannot be responsible for any misuse of your creative works by other customers. If you have a legal dispute with another member of the community, you will need to address it directly with them, and Full Circle Music cannot be held responsible for your choices regarding posting user generated content.
You agree that any content you post will not contain any obscene, profane or threatening language, and will not contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of “spam”. Full Circle Music reserves the sole right to determine what kinds of content qualify and do not qualify under these terms.
We encourage you to engage in meaningful dialogue but ask that when discussing or challenging each other’s views or opinions, you do so respectfully.
Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Third Party Content and Links
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Full Circle Music.
Full Circle Music has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Full Circle Music shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Full Circle Music and its licensors. You do not have the right to republish or repurpose any content on Song Chasers without specific written permission from Full Circle Music.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is made, we will update our terms on this page and post about them in the community. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
